Team VA Arms take 3rd at 2010 TAPS Zombie Armageddon/Father's Day Match

This past Father's Day, Team VA Arms (USPSA B class shooters Dan Lipscomb and Rob Jensen and A class shooter Brett Simon) were out mowing down zombies at the 2010 TAPS Zombie Armageddon/Father's Day Match.

Robb (above) shot the majority of the rifle while Dan handled most of the shotgun and Brett took care of most of the pistol. Some stages, like the Mad Moment, had all 3 teammates firing at the same time (top photo), some being relays. Definitely a different type of 3gun shooting, but extremely fun nonetheless.

Hardware used in this match by the VA Arms crew: Dan ran a STI Pistol, a Robb Jensen Custom Built AR15 (WOA barrel) and a Remington 1100. Robb had his BCM SS410 AR15 and his Glock on his hip. Brett also ran the BCM SS410 AR15 and Glock combo.

After a long day of slaying the undead masses, Team VA Arms came in 3rd. They were pretty happy placing over The Noveske Shooting Team made up of USPSA Grandmasters Tod Lit & Rob Romero and B class shooter Jansen Jones.

Each of the VA Arms team won new Lancer L15 AR15 Lowers for their valiant efforts. Keep up the great shooting fellas!
