WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
Magpul accepts payment by VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

WHAT'S IT GOING TO COST ME?
Shipping costs are based on your order total and will be calculated during checkout.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT?
Items are packaged and shipped within five business days if they are in stock. After an order is placed you will receive an order confirmation email, also an order shipment email with tracking information when an item ships. All packages shipped within the 48 Continental United States are done via FedEx Ground Service and transit times will vary depending on location. If you would like an order sent via Air service (or require another carrier besides FedEx) please call or email us at
orders@magpul.com to find out the feasibility of expediting your shipping based on item availability. Orders going to Hawaii and Alaska are shipped via FedEx 2-Day Air and the price shown in the webcart will NOT be correct. Depending on weight, shipping to these two States will cost a minimum of $15 and will be adjusted once your order goes through our Shipping Dept.

WHAT IF THE ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?
Out of stock items will NOT show as such on the website. Due to the wide variety of items we carry along with EXTREMELY heavy demand it is difficult to list what may be out of stock at any given time. Be aware, since the Elections, some of our products unfortunately have some sort of backlog.
If an order is time critical we suggest calling us at 1.877.4MAGPUL or emailing orders@magpul.com to ensure product availability!
We will take backorders, however, on any out of stock products and will send partial shipments as items come off backorder. We do not charge any extra shipping for partials and your credit card will not be charged for an item until that item ships.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We do NOT ship internationally (including APO's and FPO's) as of June 10, 2009 and will only ship to US addresses. Orders already in the system with backordered items will still be shipped, however, once those items become available.

PLEASE NOTE: Items such as stocks, grips, magazines, followers and the like cannot be exported by anyone without the proper permits due to US State Department ITAR restrictions. Please visit the following link and scroll down to Subchapter M for current ITAR information:

WHAT ARE THE TAX RATES?
To cover sales tax, a fee of approximately 6.4% will be added to the total for orders with a billing address in Colorado. All sales are FOB Shipping Point.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If the item you received is not the item you ordered or it is defective or damaged, we will make every effort to replace it as soon as possible or we will gladly take back the item and credit you the merchandise price and shipping and handling costs.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the new and unused item within 60 days of delivery for a full refund, less shipping and handling. We cannot accept a return of products that have been visibly used. If you would like to exchange for another item in the same price class we will gladly do so, return and redelivery shipping costs are the customers’ responsibility however.
Items on sale and custom orders cannot be returned.


To make a return, please take the following steps:

• Send the item back in the original packaging. If that is not possible, please wrap the item in bubble wrap or other quality padding and place in a small box. The item must be securely wrapped inside the box during transport as we cannot be responsible for shipping damages.

• Include a copy of the receipt. If that is not possible, include your name, shipping address, phone number and email, and reason for the return (including information about the firearm, ammo, and usage environment for warranty returns).

• Packages must be returned prepaid- we do not accept COD packages. Shipping charges will be refunded if we sent the wrong item, or if the item we sent was defective or damaged upon arrival.


All refunds will be applied to the credit card used for the original purchase. You should allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
